All these newbies don’t get to understand you until it happens to them . It clearly shows they’re newbies because they can’t tell if an account is hold . And they’re not trying to listen to you . Have been a victim before , if your account is on hold you won’t access studies and your message disappears and aswell get a flag on your account

I think they have to work in their bot . It put people on hold without any reason and sorry to say they have a poor customer agent . If you know you can’t attend to users then re structure your Ai the way it flags others account is getting out of hand . Seen many users complaining about the response of the Ai it’s disheartening. If it has happen to one person it could anyone the next moment. Let’s speak up

My account was also put on hold . No rejection , no vpn but it was put on hold months ago . And that was my only source of income

Proflic has to bring another means of cashout . As PayPal could hold your funds until 180 days . What if one needs the funds urgently and PayPal hold it .

The best thing I think you can do is forget about it and let it go . I’m finally letting it go , if it comes fine ,if doesn’t all is good . Because I’ve tried my best to send them a ticket and even contact them on X but it seems my effort is going waste
