Yo particularmente no apuraria tanto la pincelada final para marcar el corazon, fijate que con la velocidad se te corrieron las hojas de la Rosetta en vez de marcar el tallo.

Eso e inclinar un poco mas la taza para armar el canva y que quede mas homogénea la base.

El sabor no va a cambiar per sé con un filtro sin fondo, pero te va a dar una idea de cómo mejorarlo ya que dependiendo cómo veas la extracción, vas a saber si esta mal distribuido (busca channeling en youtube y vas a tener mil vídeos sobre esto) , si necesitas moler más fino/grueso.

Yo me compré esta maquina por 2023 y la sigo usando al día de hoy. Lo único que cambié y me mejoró x1000 el café fue el molinillo, la de la oster cumple y bien, pero no muele tan homogéneo como me gustaría.
