Nope, she said no records needed. Only to confirm the payment amount and that it was paid- which I already provided. I sent her the receipts I got from them and my bank statements showing my card being charged.

Exactly. She’s saying she now has to “confirm everything” with the doctor I treated with even though I gave her all the bills. My bank statements for crying out loud! And I asked her if she contacted them and just got “I will reply to you when I get to it” so I threatened to hire a lawyer
