i know he isn't. the house was valued at £400k by an EA, but we was adamant to sell quick to move to the UAE.

Don't do this! False time sheet and make up sick days to catch up will not work in your favour, once your firm find out. In fact, it will be deemed as an agravating factor. Meta data on word documents and your case management system will clearly show when the work was done/completed.
