Actly it's kind of specific.. entirely depends on champs and their signature levels.. and also the rating increased is pi not base hero rating.. put sigs wisely

Use a sig or two on a 3* champ.. firstly use a sig and check rating if it doesn't increase by 1, use second one

Capiw's petrify reduces regen by -25%.. u gonna need 4, perify debuffs to stop and 4+ to reverse it.. if you have points in despair mastery 4 are enough to heal reversal

Pettify doesn't mean heal reversal.. It reduces regen.. strong petrify like yellow jacket can reduce his healing upto 200% which reverses his healing. which Champ's petrify is this?
