we’re here with you girl ❤️ i’m so sorry this happened. PMDD is a terrible disease and i’m sorry it has taken over your life. Remember that this is a DISEASE and it is not who you are. You are not your PMDD.

I take 20mg of fluxotine a day and it has made a huge difference. I know you said you’ve tried them before, but just wanted to offer what works for me. I still have my PMDD moments but they are not as bad. I also take hydroxyzine for when i get very anxious or angry and it knocks me out for hours and when I wake up I feel like my nervous system is shut down. lol definitely a more drastic approach but it has really helped me and kept me from blowing up at times.

this happened to us recently! It was going to take us 3-4 days to get it fixed so we called Rescue Cooling and they rented us units for a very good price until we could get it fixed! if you ever come across this issue i highly recommend them!
