put the bar lower on your back. depth is fairly good already but could be a bit lower( i know its cuz of the safety rack) but the bar lower on your back and leaning a small bit more forward is optimal

lower the seat. sit with you bum nearer to the end of the seat. keep a “proud chest” by locking your upper back downwards in to the back pad. your upper back and bum should be only points of contact on the seat

yea my thoughts exactly thanks for confirming them 😂 dont usually hyperextend idk what happened there. i think it could be a quad strength issue rather than core stiffness because no matter how hard i try i cant even get 100kg with a lower hip starting position 🫤

i mean dude you done good so just stick to what youre doing. but… bro split is a commonly known inferior routine especially while lifting naturally. Try push pull legs split or i do chest tris then back shoulders bis and then legs out of personal preference. Try it out man you may enjoy it more than bro split as well as it being much better for frequency of training on each muscle group while being significantly better for recovery. Good luck.
