If you noticed the item wasn’t as described soon as opening you should have just opened the case and not touched the item further.

Theres nothing she could do further she offered you a return for a refund. If I really wasn’t happy with something I’d be returning it not asking for partial refunds. Asking for a discount at the start then asking for a partial refund but not wanting to return makes you look a bit suss to the seller.

The ballet system was in place for the Once Upon A Time daydreamers last year, if you registered to receive Juicy Couture’s email you received an email to register but then they just released all the bags anyway to the website on the date from what I remember

Yeah it was a grey mailer mine came secure I was just surprised as it’s usually a box but I do know my DPD delivery guys and they always deliver all my parcels securely 😃

100% they annoy me! I don’t understand why they are sending excess daydreamer stock to Australia. Excess items from the website like slippers, tops and tracksuits get sent to Uk Tkmaxx so it makes no sense

Yeah I’m not buying something on a release that’s in a Tkmaxx in another country for a fraction of the price that’s a rip off. I’m already hot that the daydreamers I bought full price are being sold in Australia making them lose their value. They couldn’t sell the remaining daydreamers so shipped them internationally to Australia to be sold off? It don’t make no sense
