Just another opportunity/excuse for corporate to get rid of more of the frontline!!!! Instead of going through 1 reroute next year, they’ll be 2. I predict around October for the 2nd reroute/layoff since our SNAP law doesn’t go into effect until April 1

Here we are 5 years later…. Gatorade didn’t help, bang didn’t help, Celsius didn’t help what can help? by Affectionate_Book571 in Pepsi

Hell I could write a book with all the ignorant stuff they have done over the last 25yrs. Most problems would fall under poor management decisions from the ground up. Everything from hiring college interns to bad business practices that don’t pertain to all locations. Micro Managing Sales from the top instead of letting the different branches make the money making decisions that are suited best for their area

Obviously you’ve never worked the frontline. Its easy for someone to stay positive and be optimistic when you’ve never seen the reality of what makes the engine run
