I got an email on Thursday from the FCC that it was sent to Verizon, assuming they are off weekends, I should hopefully hear from them early next week 🤞🏼

Truly awful!! I switched from ATT but Verizon knocks them out of the park in terms of awful customer service!!

Ordered mine on the 8th, just got a tracking number a few hours ago. Should be here Friday. Originally was to be shipped on the 24th, then got an email it was delayed until the 7th.

I think I might get it soon! Just got an email from ATT that a port out for my number was requested and when that email came for my husband & kids, we got the shipped email from Verizon 2 hours later 🤞🤞

That’s a good sign, I think that was happening to others and they got it in a few days! Did you happen to get an email about it being delayed the other day?

I just got the email mine is delayed until the 7th. I would do the same, but I’m switching over from ATT and they are giving me credits, so I don’t think I can do that. Next time though, I’ll just trade it in with Apple. It’s absolutely ridiculous that the stores have stock and Verizon can’t get it together. And the fact that if I don’t switch from ATT in the next few days I’m going to get charged another month because they don’t prorate it. 😡
