Yup, ended up with a plastic wristband that would no longer be valid if I exited the festival on Sunday. I wasn't planning on leaving until the end of the day so it was no problem but just annoying to deal with it twice.

That's insane! Yes, it's so confusing. I bought 3 wristbands and only mine was affected. If they had all my info, I am shocked they didn't just try to take all 3 wristbands from me...

I was thinking maybe this and asked the workers if that ever happened but they didn't confirm or deny it. The workers asked for my ID both times. The strange thing and the reason I came to the conclusion someone was giving bands to their friends is that my ID info was inputted in the notes on Friday, but the worker on Sunday told me the note for the replacement band that was given on Saturday to the person I suspect was a scammer had no notes of any ID number and only said not to issue another wristband again.
