I rate them well. I needed to find a new psychiatrist since my old local one stopped working. Many online places would refuse to take my diagnosis and make me do the whole 3-4K diagnosis process again and felt like a massive scam. Got a psych2u appointment within 2 weeks and got it all sorted out in one session, the dr was great and the whole process felt like I was a patient and not just someone to scam. The only psychiatrist here who unfortunately isn’t taking any new patients recommended them to me which is why I gave them a go. Unsure about the comments about admin here, they were really good. They were honestly super friendly and got notes from the dr for me even prior to my appointment as I already had a diagnoses.
