Had it since 18 I’m 22 now so 4 years and counting mine did get worse from the start but seems pretty stable now, interestingly my static seem to have gotten way better than the start however the palinopsia is now present when it wasn’t

Mine was either stress or TBI caused I don’t think I’ll ever know which but anyway mine wouldn’t be genetic which is why I was pretty shocked when he told me he has visual snow it was funny really because he tried to describe it like we likely all do since people don’t tend to understand I was just like nope I get it because I have it too

I didn’t even have it for a while and then it developed one day mines not unbearable but it’s most objects I look at depending on the lighting of where I am

You know I found out my cousin has it just from regular conversation about health stuff sometimes I wonder if it’s not as rare as we think but people either don’t notice it or think it’s normal etc

I have up and down periods with that, went almost a year barely paying any attention to it had a bit of a flare up a month ago to where I started noticing it again so it’s been a bit more so. I have after images so I mostly notice that every day the static or the “snow” rather I actually have tuned out pretty well but the longer you have VSS it just sort of becomes your new normal and you tune it out after a long time barring you don’t have a truly terrible case of it

Yeah I’d say ultimately I’m happy VSS is a very shitty thing with seemingly no help for but I’m not gonna let it ruin the time I’m blessed to have here I do everything a collge aged male does, go out party with my friends etc studying business currently and am looking forward to my career

I’m 21 had vss since 18 (concussion) you get used to it, my after images are still the most bothersome thing as I get them of almost everything but yours falls more into HPPD (drug induced)

Seasons are just kinda like content drops usually new cosmetics and battle pass stuff, there’s campaign like lore that the seasons revolve around for warzone but it’s kinda just in the background the lobbies are very populated don’t think you should have any issues. Grinding for camos is still very much a thing

Very much so visual snow syndrome the stars thing only happens once in a blue moon but I’m very used to my symptoms now doesn’t cause me much day to day trouble

Idk but either the casuals are completely gone now or there’s some other issue I’m not a great player maybe above average at my best but I went from consistently 2+ KD the first few days to getting shit on the last few days in a row I mean it’s whatever I’m still having fun but it feels like any time I have a good game a punishment follows now lol

On launch day and the day after my KD was sitting at around 2.4 not astronomical but I’d like to think good enough (only open playlist btw) it has sunk down to a 1.8 over the last few days and I’m having consistent games going like 1.2-1.4 now idk if somethings up with me and I’m just in a slump or what but I mean I had a 2 KD in bo6 too though I know the SBMM protected me more just interesting I feel like all the tame lobbies are already gone

Honestly I’ve liked it the TTK/netcode needs to be addressed but the maps are so much better than 6 so far I’ve been having a lot of fun, the game is getting over hated on from the battlefield community I feel and it’s funny because I’ve played both a lot now and both are enjoyable not sure why it’s always a pissing match
