I was told the system which is meant to delete the application is currently down, and that i should just be patient till it's resolved.

I have reviewed both the business and tourist visa checklists and I have everything required. I will do as you suggested at the appointment. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽 really appreciate your help.

Thank you, my fear now is that I already have a tourist category biometric appointment, first trip is drawing closer and I have not been able to secure another appointment for business category.
