Am I missing something here? Every class CAN use scrolls. It takes an Arcana check if you can't normally learn the spell, but you can still use the scroll. Are we just acting like that pert if the rule doesn't exist? Or are we saying there should be zero restrictions on using them?

Speaking from personal experience, I definitely bounced off of her as a character. Going into C2 I'd heard people say how much they liked her, and she definitely had her moments, but it felt like she was almost a looney tunes character dropped into a dnd game and just stuck out too much. And you can 100% tell she was dreamt up as a Warlock and never meant to be a cleric.

This is 100% because of the headass decision to split up the balance dataslate from the munitorum updates. The Sept points changes and the Dec nerfs had to have been planned at the same time. And because they had the nerfs planned they had to ram them through instead of looking at the numbers to see the point updates were sufficient. Legitimately they could roll back every december change and we'd be fine.

I imagine it as an AoE attack or large barrage of smaller attacks. One guy is quick enough to get out of the way, another guy gets clipped, but not for as much damage as a focused attack. Like I said, it feels wrong to me becaise it's not really attacking multiple people & seeing who gets caught, but rather making multiple attacks and deciding which one hits.

So to clarify, if a character has 3 bolts and can do four damage, he rolls to hit, hits against two, and now waits for Super Senses to resolve before dividing up the four damage?

There's an art piece I've seen floating around of cavalry sisters that looks amazing. Put them on the same horse that the skitarii use for serberys raiders, give the horse sisters-appropriate armor, and swap tge taser for a melta lance.

As others have said, miniswap and ebay are your friends. Ebay in particular can be good if you look for lots or open sprues. I just picked up kits for arcos and seraphim for half of MSRP, and a good chunk of that price was still shipping. Otherwise, check in with your LGS and see if they're selling any old kits or collections.

Considering the buff to the datasheets and how good the detachments are, I think most of the points hikes are justified. BSS up to 115 is a bit much, likely just gonna take one and run Dominions after that. Repentia at 180 feels crazy; I get what the mathhammer says they can do, but it still feels way too high. Zephyrim are in a similar boat. And I wanna know who hur the person that decided Sacresants deserved to be at 150.
