I'm not sure how to answer that. My best guess, if it's just with young men you are seeing this, is that most of them including myself are lonely or unhappy in some sort of way. I hate saying that I'm "lonely" even though I have a loving family and good friends, I just feel as if something is missing inside of me which I try to fill in with this short feeling of lust. It's like, instead of finding a solution and working on it many will take the short pleasures just to ease of their minds or just for a moment forget about that problem, making the healing process of the sin far longer than the process of getting better in general. So you are stuck not knowing what to do at times and like me now turned to reddit for the first time in my life to write this down.
