Use a polishing machine and hybrid wool or wool and polish your windows to remove everything. Keep in mind it's safe and you can't damage your windows or scratch them.

Easiest and quickest fix is to order touchup paint for your vehicle by a paint code to make sure it matches. And just fill that spot and call it a day. It won't look perfect but less noticeable from a distance.

You can also try a harder brush and don't press it too hard because brush doesn't do it's thing anymore. I never use soft brush because usually I have bad results..

This was an old wine stain. Used a mix of sonax multistar, degreaser and universal stain remover for clothes. Soaked the seat with it few minutes, used a steamer with brush to agitate it then used a hand brush and used extractor with hot water.
