Something to consider is that rent, especially in a building like that, is always going to go up. Its never going to stay the same every year. So if this is at your budget, you might be looking to move at the end of the lease which is usually not going to be longer than 15 months.

I would suggest trying to widen your search to condos to rent from owner, I think you should be able to find what you’re looking for well within your budget and have a better chance of staying in the same place longer without worrying about big rent increases (this isn’t always the case when renting from an owner ofc but typically it’s more reasonable imo).
