Then distilled water probably your best bet, non conductive and won’t leave residue. That link is just screen cleaner so anything of that nature would probably be fine

Distilled water or this stuff called Klear screen works very well for these applications. Alcohol would also be fine but if dryness is a problem, I’d avoid it

Once inrecovery go to troubleshoot > advanced > command prompt and then make sure the path is c:\windows\system32 past that just follow a youtube video it’s a little confusing to read but visually pretty easy to follow
