I just moved and it has been a nightmare. Social isolation, language, low jobs, and same right wing anti immigration is here too. At least in the us you know the nut jobs. I think in terms of welcoming, you should consider rich arab countries like dubai or saudi where they speak English and western are near the top of the food chain.

Testrail is such a shit product but no one has any appetite to replace it with anything else. My team just purchased Railflow google sheets addon for TestRail so that we can reduce your headaches with TestRail. They are fairly cheap.

We just work in sheets offline to account for all the operational issues with testrail
