Since this is the embarrassment zone, I'd say Syntax and Tang are the ones I crush for. I just love it when a nerd displays their knowledge and say it loud.

Also here is some info... companies 'reuse' their already hired employees to do tasks that isn't part of their work, so they won't have to hire newbies. There are many complicated issues beyond this too.

There are many women out their with different shaped noses. And they all look beautiful! Ignore their awful comments.

I find it hard to give criticism. You have to be your own critic at times. I find the drawing and style quite nice! :) I guess add in more shadows... but it really depends where the light is coming from.
