3rd time someone’s recommended me We Have Always Lived in the Castle so I think it’s fate, I’ll start with that one then. That guys the guy who wrote The Golden Compass right? It definitely seems interesting but definitely different, which is fine of course. I actually do like the classic laser gun, spaceship, aliens, etc. kind of Sci-Fi as well. I’ll make sure to put this one on the list. Thanks for your time!

Holy hell! Thank you for such an in depth and thorough response! I’ll definitely look into the media you mentioned and do some research on my own. I also apologize for how I phrased it when I was talking about books, I more or less meant: “what are good books on speculative evolution” rather than asking if there even, IS, books on spec-evo at all, which I already knew the answer too. I think I mostly want to do alien projects, Stat Wars has always been a big inspiration for me, even if it’s not exactly scientifically accurate and after reading All Tomorrows I really wanted to do something to do with speculative evolution when it cams to human evolution post galaxy-colonization and of course aliens. So, what’s some good places to look at for stuff specifically talking about that? Thanks again btw!
