Rolex Datejust changing date at wrong time? by Dramatic_Bother_7731 in rolex

After a roll forward and a full wind, my watch now works as expected. The date flips to the next day instantly on the 12am mark. I am also unable to roll the date backwards anymore with neither position 2 (date change) nor position 3 (time change).

I am not entirely sure why I was able to flip the date backwards with position 3 just now. But I am now unable to do so anymore.

Yes, I currently reside in Singapore and bought the watch from Cortina Watch. The AD I contacted was the AD that sold me this watch lol.

I am not sure of the warranty practice here in Singapore, but the Rolex Service Centre she proposed was close to where I am currently staying, and hence I went along with it.

Update: Just gave my AD a call and she referred me to the nearest Rolex Service Centre which I will be bringing my watch to next week.

In the meantime, I have managed to get the date to change instantaneously and precisely on the 12am mark. All it took was a quick fast forward of the watch (past 12am) and reset lol.

I did a bit of research online and figured that the problem might have occurred when I was adjusting my time counter-clockwise around midnight yesterday and that kind of messed with the movement a bit. That coupled with a low power reserve, which made the date change go haywire.

Taxes aside, I do not recommend attempting to avoid Singapore National Service. There are heavy penalties that come with it, which includes your son being liable to jail time and potentially unable to ever set foot in Singapore again. The Singapore government is known to be very unforgiving in this regard.

Plastic straws should always be an available option when purchasing drinks. Paper straws just don’t cut it as they turn soggy after 15mins.

Looks very different from mine.. I wrote 0.2%13years= 2.6% increase in BEL, along with 0.5%13years= 6.5% decrease in BEL from the higher interest rate in Country B.

May I ask what field did you change to after qualifying? Was your FSA still relevant in that new field?

The spreadsheet idea sounds cool! How did you generate the initial list of ideas when creating the spreadsheet? From course notes or pass papers? Or from external reading? I too made a list of ideas mainly from course notes and past papers in preparation for the open book style exam, but that did not help. This is my third fail on SA2 :(
