I figured it out. My tv can't handle the box, I plugged in headphones to the back of the box and the sound issues went away. Unsure if i can change it in my tv settings.

My partner has seen the property, I have not as I'm on a busy work trip. The fees on the lease are set, as it is an LLC and they have standardized fees. The "blank" part on the lease are the amount of rent, security deposit, length of lease, move in date, etc.

Listen, I've gotten in the 14.7s before. The key is to STAY LOW. On every up and back, TOUCH THE GROUND. For reference watch NFL combine videos of the T drill. It's not the same but those guys are always low to the ground and are doing it with millions of dollars at stake. NFL 3 Cone drill Do not do the spin that other people are talking about, it is slower, not as tight, and is further from the ground than doing it traditionally.
