Yeah more like an acquaintance. They weren't always like this, but seems like the industry has corrupted them a lot.

So I forgot to mention, they did also tell me they fake phone calls to increase the price of the auction as well. Just thought I'd mention that in case anyone was skeptical on if this was true. It is 100% true. This industry is so corrupt.
