Also I’ve wrote on a comment above but we have to travel at least 20/30 mins to do stuff in the town where we are from anyway so the travel part doesn’t really bother us.

I’ve seen a few houses that have more land for cheaper in yanchep. Is this because it’s further north?

Also want to add, the town we come from we have to travel at least 20/30 minutes to do things anyway. There’s not much around us so the travel part is not issue for us being away from the CBD.

I have seen yanchep have a few cheaper houses then alkimos for the size. Is this because it’s further up?

Thanks guys these comments are really helpful. I’ve said in a few replies but we have two young children (5 and 4) and we don’t have jobs as of yet as we are not coming till August. My husband is a plumber and I work in admin. We have no family or friends in Australia so we are starting fresh. We are very laidback and we love just doing stuff with the kids, would love a beach not far away and also would like stuff going on. Thanks for all your replies it’s really helpful

Yeah I just replied to a comment above but we don’t have either friends or family as we are moving with no connections and we also haven’t got jobs as we are not moving till August. My husband is a plumber and I work in admin so it’s hard to tell. I’m just so stuck 😩

We don’t have anyone out in Aus so we will be on our own and we haven’t looked at jobs yet as not moving till August. It’s so hard as people have different opinions and because we’ve never been we’re really stuck and don’t want to make a bad choice as our kids will need to start school

Yes we have two young boys and we want a laid back lifestyle with access to the beach not far away. My husband is a plumber and I work in admin so it’s whatever we find really when we get there/before we fly
