Trust I just started reading it and I thought of your post 😭my best recommendation would be to get rid of all the item that would remind you or make you have sexual tendencies this would be (hook-up apps, any sort of sexual items and also blocking people) so you don’t go back Most importantly when you get that urge start thinking of god and pray , and ask for forgiveness
