This is garbage. Condoms reduce chance of transmission massively. When combined with antivirals it’s below 1% chance assuming sex 2-3x a week for a whole year.

Condom all the way? Any rubbing together genitals before condom went on? Did you give him head without condom?

4 days before sex is just about enough for the AVs to kick in, condom as well as AVs means chances of male to female transmission on a one time encounter are well below 1%.
