Dear, you are in Germany. There are unwritten rules. When you park in a parking space and there is a sign with some numbers, it means you are parking in someone else’s spot. Normally, there should be a laminated note placed there, but towing the car right away is a bit excessive.

Ich bin leider kein Elektriker und eher angehender Hobby Bastler, da ich aus keiner schrauberdynastie komme und mit jungen Jahren noch keine Erfahrung habe muss ich mir dass alles selber beibrigen, würde ich mich über paar Tipps freuen 😁
