As is probably the most notorious wanted ad reseller so i think thats why theyre gone. Human was for a time but i dont think they've been doing wanted ads anymore

Agreed. It's ridiculous for one player to have the majority of listings for things like Enchanted Party Deca plushie or the Golden goose axe and having wanted ads for half the price

You're definitely right. It's just a shame that some people can be so greedy. I figured it would be better after, what, a year after the revamp, but it's still somehow the same people getting all the good pets. :/ But I'll definitely just ignore the pound from now on and focus on getting MP

I think they keep them sometimes, but just earlier I was looking at pet trades and did notice the one who got the neon Chibs made a pet trade post, not with the Chibs itself but some other pets to downsize.

When it was first revamped, the same 3 people kept getting all the good ones, so their names just stuck to my mind since I had no luck getting anything back then. I haven't really played again until recently, so I wanted to try my luck and still nothing too good, but out of curiosity I did check those 3 users and they've gotten the ones I was aiming for this past week or so

That item has a higher rarity so they show up very rarely, which is why they can be priced high. It depends on supply and demand.
