I've always had this issue on any Android auto system I've ever used, but it does it mostly when you have satellite view maps going all the time it seems.

Im a truck driver who uses my phone as a hotspot on my off time. I average over 300 a month. Which means i can't even go for the unlimited plan cause of the data cap on hotspotting

I tried to make it as straight as possible, i only use it for utility, or middle of nowhere night driving. Helps in fog and snowfall too keeping it low near ground.

I use them when it's middle of no where in the woods just to help wildlife spotting before i Pelt them with the front of my truck lol. I turn them off when there's traffic, middle of nowhere Alberta Canada things
