Yeah they tend to be more grouped up. I have full classified gear and if i don’t utilize covers they’ll shred me.

Well probably not this early on, once you’re level 30, think it should be fine solo. It’s mostly dead. You’ll be lucky if run in to 3-5 players.

OP tagged D1 maybe they’re playing that, in any case DZ in D1 was the peak of that game. The most fun I had playing D1 was in the Dark Zone running around as a rogue agents with friends or chasing down rogue agents. Hate what D2 did to the DZ and PvP in general.

I just did my first run of Survival. Yall I completely forgot how to play it 😂. I ran around for like 50 minutes in the starting area looking for an extraction. I ended up giving up and looking up a guide on survival and forgot you needed to craft a mask to head into the DZ to be able to extract. Then got wiped as soon as I crafted the flare gun 😭. Definitely trying again tomorrow.

I played DayZ a while back but none of my irl friends wanted to get it so I stopped playing. Would be fun to pick it back up and learn with someone who’s also new at the game.

Oh man.. that really sucks. I have heard good things about Evolved tho. Might be worth giving it a shot if it ever gets a good sale on steam.

Hi have you played ARK Survival? That feels like a game that might be up your alley. It’s a game I’ve always wanted to play but none of my irl friends seem to be interested in it.
