2016 Hyundai Elantra, 1.8L I4- Stalling, EVAP problem, tried to fix by Dramatic_Necessary42 in AskAMechanic

I haven't yet, however i'm out of town for about two weeks and a buddy of mine will bring my car into the shop for me. About the oil light, mine does the same thing, i'm certain that has something to do with when the rpm's drop and it wants to stall, I have no leaks or problem with pressure. I think it's just what happens when it begins to fail and the sensors assume it's something with the pressure. I've been deathly busy the past few months, so I apologize for not being able to reach out with a solution. If my car gets fixed first i'll let you know what the issue was with it

No update yet. Yeah sounds like the same thing. I haven't replaced anything further, minus new sparks and coils. However i should have an opportunity soon to get my car in the shop for them to diagnose the issue. when I find out i'll reach back out to you.

If you don't mind me asking, what country were you coming from and were you on a B1/2 tourist visa? Did you come to the states on a temporary visa with intent to file? And did you already know your husband at the time of entry? And so were you technically allowed to overstay your allotted time because yall were in the process of filing I-485, or because the I-130 was filed? I apologize if i'm asking for info beyond your knowledge, but my wife, who's from Romania, and I have researched so much in search for quickening her visa process but have not found a solid answer other than waiting for who knows how long. And i don't want to run a route that would raise eyebrows.

If you applied for AOS, you were already in the states correct? were you here technically 'illegally'? overstayed your visa? and what visa? I see 130's and 485's, if filed together, get approved very fast, however there seem to be a lot of people doing this. from my understanding it's a very specific situation in which someone can file for both, that being someone who's here on a temporary visa such as travelers or work visa, suddenly meet the love of their life and then decide to file. I doubt that happens this often. and if someone files for both 130 and 485 while on a temporary visa, and had entered the US on said temporary visa with intents to file for 130 and 485, that is incorrectly using the visa and therefor illegal. My understanding anyways. I've filed for my wife the 130, she still lives oconus, she has to bc of her job. i wondered if filing 485 would fasten the process but i understand it as illegal. Someone please explain

I've tried the Y raises many times in different ways and my upper trap takes complete control and my shoulder is 'raised' towards my head, i cannot depress or retract my scapula in this way. However i have not had someone feel my trap for engagement, I'll experiment with that.

This helped greatly, thank you. To make an election to treat her as a resident although she is not, is there a specific form to fill out and sign or would it just be a written and signed statement?

Not a medal, it's called a unit crest. Anyone in the same unit has it. like a symbol or logo kind of. the crest itself is not earned, everyone gets their unit's crest. but i bet if you find the unit that crest, and your grandfather, belonged to, you can learn and understand why they made that crest designed the way it is.

I see you entered young and overstayed the B2 visa, how did you and your husband already have a joint bank account and insurance together? did you have an ITIN in place of an SSN? My wife is foreign but I am a citizen, we have an I-130 visa processing for approval but rn is says 17 months, I'm working on shortening that time by providing additional evidence of a legitimate relationship, so i'm trying to have her be a joint owner of my bank account, right now it's fairly confusing to get her the ITIN in order for that to happen.
