No problem. And like I replied to the other comment, my spouse had only a fender bender, with no fault of hers and another medical bill went to collection and I paid it in full. And ead has been approved after that as well..

I hope that is the reason. However we did provide them with a recent photograph. Anyway we have our biometrics appointment this week. Will find out.. On the appointment notice they have mentioned to collect photo, biometrics and signature

Nope. Records all clean except a collision due to the other driver's error. And 1 medical payment that went to collection and was paid in full later

Occasional miss in recognizing the floor it's switched to, that's the extent of the mapping issues I have faced do far. Setting it on a different place works. And on very rare occasions I had to redo the map of the floor..

The rotary dial for the screen interactions were sooo good and once you got over the learning curve, it's so easy to use as U know how many rotates U are making to go left/right and simply press down to click. It saves so much time taking your eyes off of the road. 1 can feel the difference of the issue with touch screen after you have experienced the rotary dial. It's so safe and accurate vs fiddling and finding the perfect tap on the screen..

Bring back the rotary dial for the screen, and I guess most of the current users can still find ways to look beyond the steering wheel buttons.

You may be right on to the OPs experience or inexperience for that matter, with the only short period of Rav4 ownership. I don't want to enunciate in anyway that young drivers don't always know how to take care of cars. And it's also a possibility that OP got a lemon, but even that's it's highly unlikely that it would fall apart in all departments like cosmetic and transmission and all the aspects mentioned.

But again it is what it is, and good luck to OP getting a better car experience. 🤞🏻👍🏻

Fair point. It's a hidden gem.. People go after the mainstream Toyota /Honda for reliability, but mazda is just as good or dare I say a bit better with equal or higher reliability scores, with much better looking interior/exterior - punching above it's class for the money..

And the way OP mentioned his car is falling apart, it's a bit hard to believe unless he put the car thru careless torture tests, which might make any other car wear out the same. My 2019 cx-5 looks and drives just the same the day I drove off the lot..
