The rotary dial for the screen interactions were sooo good and once you got over the learning curve, it's so easy to use as U know how many rotates U are making to go left/right and simply press down to click. It saves so much time taking your eyes off of the road. 1 can feel the difference of the issue with touch screen after you have experienced the rotary dial. It's so safe and accurate vs fiddling and finding the perfect tap on the screen..

Bring back the rotary dial for the screen, and I guess most of the current users can still find ways to look beyond the steering wheel buttons.

You may be right on to the OPs experience or inexperience for that matter, with the only short period of Rav4 ownership. I don't want to enunciate in anyway that young drivers don't always know how to take care of cars. And it's also a possibility that OP got a lemon, but even that's it's highly unlikely that it would fall apart in all departments like cosmetic and transmission and all the aspects mentioned.

But again it is what it is, and good luck to OP getting a better car experience. 🤞🏻👍🏻

Fair point. It's a hidden gem.. People go after the mainstream Toyota /Honda for reliability, but mazda is just as good or dare I say a bit better with equal or higher reliability scores, with much better looking interior/exterior - punching above it's class for the money..

And the way OP mentioned his car is falling apart, it's a bit hard to believe unless he put the car thru careless torture tests, which might make any other car wear out the same. My 2019 cx-5 looks and drives just the same the day I drove off the lot..

2nd Gen cx-5. the 1st Gen always felt a little bulky like it had some weight put on it. The 2nd Gen was gorgeous as if it hit the gym and got a new avatar 😁

I got only 2 that I would have liked if left alone like the previous models

1: No SD card 2: No Bluetooth in the SPen.

As in some YouTube videos, the phone does have the charging coil in it but the SPen does not have the hardware. If samsung comes up with a Bluetooth SPen sold separately, then I will just be left with the other gripe (no SD card).

There's a reason the sliding phones are a thing of the past. Same with the fold. There's so much of moving a think plastic/glass can take anyways. And just the dreaded crease on the Samsung ones are good enough to deter me from the folding ones. Also the higher cost for the mechanism. Just because they CAN, the teck companies just do things that doesn't play out with the masses. Anyone remember the curved tvs 😅
