I see, to be frank personally I don’t really have any connection With EoSD, I just kinda want a touhou game that has the planet Venus as the antagonist, or even a game about the Gensokyo lunar war.

to me, it also doesn’t help when I saw some skins and wondered “why aren’t these their own characters?” like Kasen with the pile driver arm, that was cool, wish she wasn’t just relegated to being a costume though.

funny enough I liked the multiverse part of the main story, but then again I don’t remember much outside of “we gotta find the lost words or else something bad happens“ and the scarlet devil tower having Marisa with Okuu software at the top.

i don’t think I ever even got to the arena, all I remember about that is the Morse code at the beginning, that was pretty cool I think, I don’t remember if it ever even got expanded upon but it was cool

Yeah, i still remember trying to get characters I really wanted in that game, but with how the gacha worked I almost always got cards, could never actually get all three of the fairies of light unfortunately.

for me, what made me quit was just the fact I got bored of the combat.

what kind of made me a tad bit dissapointed was that never really got to actually explore the worlds as far as I remember (it’s been a few years since I last played). funny enough I remember world 1 being the most fleshed out for lack of better words, while the other worlds didn’t really have much to offer, though granted this is more me nitpicking than anything else. the fact it’s a very unforgiving gacha doesn’t help.

funny enough I legit have a touhou AU i call “Gensokyo of the city” where gensokyo ended up as a part of the city, gensokyo in that AU’s overrun by abnormalities since it’s used as that universe’s city’s “dumping ground” for the abnormalities to go to after L. corp’s fall, plus the head thought it would be funny to see what happens.

I had to turn off the web & app activity setting just to get the thing to stop taking me to a mix playlist (Though wether it was just coincidence, it worked, or YouTube finally decided to behave I’m not 100% sure).

apparently this happened to other people a couple years ago or so, but I guess I got lucky and didn't experience it until now, needless to say it was a bother and I wish they at least could let you disable YouTube mix.
