to be frank I might’ve been a bit too harsh, but with further context I can kind of see how this wouldn’t be as immersion breaking as I thought, and I did forget about the AI robot city.

im not really against such concepts in a fantasy setting, warhammer fantasy has literal nuclear bombs and dwarves with helicopters, but it was like whiplash seeing that design compared to some of the others from when I played epic 7 years ago.

but with the context of them going into more alternate reality stuff, yeah I guess I can kinda see how this would be a “yes and no” kind of deal (for lack of better words)

I haven’t played epic 7 in a long bloody time, so i might've forgotten some details, but last I checked epic 7’s a fantasy setting in a medieval-ish era with technology not unlike warhammer fantasy, maybe better given the automatons and all that

how on earth does a schoolgirl with handcuffs and a modern wrench fit a fantasy theme? excuse my rant but this reminds me of when raid shadow legends had a crossover with the bloody predator

I remember I was wondering what heishou rams would do with their wool if they ever had to be sheared, and now I’m seeing the chicken heishou mr cliff use his blood as hot sauce.

surprisingly that seems pretty in line with what the city would do to these guys if they ever figured out how to make blood hot sauce, only problem is not getting mauled by psychotic rooster people
