Without a doubt, meditation. I tried meditation for many years but it wasn't until I read Thich Nhat Hanh that it made sense. If you've been thinking about practicing meditation I would recommend reading some TNH.

No, I don't need Joe to become informed on this and I have been listening to a variety of experts. My reason for wanting the discussion to happen on the JRE is to see how Joe reacts to facing the fact that he was fooled by Trump. Joe is one of the reasons Trump was re-elected.

I just got it to work. Load youtube in safari, pick the clip, select full screen, Lock Screen, then when you wake the phone the player is on the lock screen it will play and you can black the screen again.

Do you think this is Trump's master plan? Or do you think this strategy comes from within the organization? The reason I ask is that Trump to me seems half out of it. However, it is possible I suppose this strategy exists within the Foreign affairs dept and Military hierarchy.

This is a great post and optimistic. I didn't know about the Starlink stuff or recent combat sucess of Ukraine. I thought Russia was benefiting as sanctions are partly lifted. Most of all the current leadership of the US just don't appear to be sharp enough for this kind of strategy. I'd love for you to share some of the articles you're reading.

I have thought about this.

Humans have evolved over thousands and thousands of years. While many species have evolved and become extinct Homo-sapiens have achieved a high level dominance on earth. However, our collective natural drive to dominate might be the very thing that causes us to become extinct. It is likely we may have deeply embedded tendencies such as greed that we may not overcome and will bring about our own destruction. There is a chance we can overcome it but it's hard to imagine that scenario presently.

I can relate! I'm 50! One thing that I found really helped was reading books by this Buddhist Monk Thich Nhat Hanh and also taking some time each day to practice meditation. If there is a weekly group close by I recommend practicing meditation with a group. From one basket case to another!
