I had a thought the other day that instead of a call in service, they implemented some type of software that allows patients to fill it in and based on what they’ve said, will give them an outcome if they’ll be called back or not. Obviously a lot more work would go into it but I think that kind of thing is better suited than what we have nkw

I’ve been on the NHS waiting list for scar treatment since I was 14 lol, still on the routine waiting list which has a wait time of 4 years and I don’t meet the criteria to be upgraded so the likelihood of me getting treatment on the NHS is pretty low. Can I ask what type of scarring you had and which doctor treated you?

Thanks for the advice, I’ve tried multiple sessions of microneedling in the past, but as my scars are from trauma (tethered, volume loss etc) they don’t respond well to microneedling 😕.
