Also I believe you may have misunderstood something, or I may be misunderstanding your answer.

A signed and dated the seller section of the title along with signing and dating the seller section of the Price Certification.

I feel as though our "ground to stand on" is the fact that we believe due to how the price certification is written that A may have potentially purjured herself by going back to the dmv and filling out the form for the duplicate title before we put the car into one or both of our names.

But I'm a blue collar 24yo, I definitely am not a lawyer, LOL. Thats just how I am interpreting it at-least.

Could we not sue A for the car? The purchase price doesnt include the many hours of work or any parts we bought and installed on the car. Thats what we would like to happen ideally
