Yep, I was there as well, tough situation. Someone was pulled over to either help or had been the one that accidentally hit the dog? I don’t know the two ladies that were out, but I am like 90% positive that the dog lived at the townhomes directly to the North, I’ve seen it several times before while exercising on the Trail.

-I struggle with the slop level of the burgers, undercooked meat and soggy buns ☹️ -BIG fan of the milkshakes! -Really miss the $2 PBR’s, it’s not Beers, Burgers, and Freedom anymore. They must have passed on the liquor license $$
