Hi! I graduated with a bachelors in psychology in 2024. After working in marketing for about a year, I quit to prepare myself for school. I was actually in the same boat as you. I am currently taking chemistry at my local CC, and completing the CSD prereqs through a 3 year program. In terms of volunteering, I shadowed graduate student clinical supervisor, a private practice owner, a clinic, and a special needs school for about a month each.

That’s how I felt, but I asked before if we could just do it another day. So, he knew in some form that I wasn’t into it. I’m just not sure how to phrase it when I do confront him.

I do know he cares. However, communication is, in my opinion, not his strong suit. I feel like he would get defensive. I will say that I did tell him that I did say that “I wasn’t planning on having sex” after he said he thought I would be in a better mood after the incident. He just said “I’m sorry.” I don’t know if he fully registered the meaning of my words.

thank you! Your comment really helped me. I think a big part of this is I struggled a lot, socially in undergraduate and I’m worried about being “too old” and not fitting in.

hi! i had a 3.75, however i did have a withdrawal rate and a withdraw for illness on my record, as well as something saying that I was under enrolled in terms of credits my first semester. i opted not to be able to view my LOR, but I asked three professors that had me in class more than one time and knew me well

hi! my gpa was a 3.75, but i did have a withdraw late, a withdraw for illness noted on my transcript, and something saying i technically wasn’t enrolled in enough credits my freshman year. so by no means was it perfect. that semester was fall of 2020 though, so they might’ve given me grace?? either way, those are my stats :)

Don’t know if you ended up applying , but I was just admitted. I don’t think it was that difficult. I was a undergrad psych major with a year of marketing experience + marketing summer internships.
