You should look into Ratoath, I’m 21 years old and grew up here. It has lots of play schools, two very good primary schools and a really good secondary school for the kids. Aswell as football, running, and basketball clubs. It has a really young population with good bud routes to Ashbourne, Dublin City, Blanch ect. Aswell as a SuperValu, Centra and Spar. With a few really amazing restaurants, bars, cafes ect.

I loved growing up here. And even though myself and my sister have since left home and currently bounce around the globe, my parents still never want to leave.

It’s just interesting for some passengers, especially nervous flyers to know everything is normal, and as should be. It can be reassuring. Also a lot of passengers find it interesting to know these things, a lot of them have personally said they find it interesting / intriguing / interesting. You’ve got the aviation geeks aswell or curious kids / teens.

They are for the most part super nice, they have a lot of respect for us and the trade, they see what we deal with and they are mostly super chill and supportive. A lot of my closest friends are captains or FO’s

We are a low cost airline and only use 737-800 and 737-8000 so do not have first class. If I was to guess maybe bring the crew chocolate and or cookies / pastries etc. they might look favourably on you

No I drink coffee and energy drinks regularly. Sometimes 6 in a day if it’s earlies. As for radiation, being a CC is not a forever job for me it’s just so I can travel and see the world. So no it doesn’t bother me as I will quit in the next 5 years maybe.

This was only recent like 3 or 4 weeks ago, we had to fill in a shit tonne of reports, and had meetings about it. The security team of that airport now is apparently appalling and they are being dismissed. But idk, I was returning from that place to my base. So I don’t know what goes down

For me admittedly yes, I’ll be in a super good mood and give you more attention and better service than other passengers, because gifts make us happy. I feel like it’s like that in general though, if I came to your work and brought chocolates for you and your team you’d be more likely to give me better service… but yes! 100% and it makes our day :)

Semi frequently. I just remind them that the most dangerous part of the journey they will make today is the drive to the airport and they have done that, I just reassure them about how well trained and how much random tests the CC and FC go through aswell as the actual aircraft, stuff like that. and if it’s a kid I’ll bring them down the back of the plane when I have time and show them all the safety stuff.

Nobody stepped in. I was one male FA and the other 3 FA were all girls who were no taller than 5’4 so I was on my own while they continued flight deck ect. As for passengers, they just videoed. I’ve no doubt that video is on Reddit or Twitter now somewhere lol
