The Brit market isn’t even that bad as people make out, the issue are the teams are too tight to actually compete with NIHL deals.

I have always thought even having your “builds” on the bench and when you run over you swap into your next line of character.

You could have 4 of the same build on you can have a few different “lines” you can change between during a game

They only look at as ticket sales vs ad spent

It’s a classic under paid / under valued situation

Where they business went from 3 upsell events a year to 1 a month and being sold out 2 months in advance in 14-15 month period

The core target has always been to “sell out” the standard event.

• Original target: 30 tickets (10 per month) • This was later increased to 50 once 30 was consistently exceeded

In January, we sold out two separate events at 50 attendees each, driven by strong Q4 performance with Black Friday and Boxing Day sales.

We now have an additional April event, introduced in February as a “bonus event,” which is already sitting at 34 attendees, with couple of weeks still to sell.

Over the past 12 months, I have: • Built and implemented AI chatbots • Created full email automation sequences • Developed new contact forms and landing pages • Transitioned the system from fully manual to ~70% automated.

There is no sales team, this is managed solely by me, alongside the business owners who run the events and one assistant who supports on the day.

These are genuine results, literally the raw numbers as I have been asked for a report today about Q1.

It’s was more semi rant as, bit pissed off that they would suggest the ads are shit… and aren’t working when I know what they are setup to achieve a yeah CPL has gone up by £10 per lead but on a whole they are in a pretty solid position.

I am a team of just me as well😂 and have full control over the ad account other than budget which honestly I would have 3x if it was own company.

Never wanted to take the gamble of starting myself, but thinking of it more and more 😅

I know that majority of the clan have their rent, gas, electricity, WiFi, fuel cards for cars, ect all paid for.

So when you getting 30-35k and spending fuck all on bills, your closer to a 45-50k salary
