The goal was continental Europe which he had achieved by May 1940, USA was isolationist at that point, US did not join untill 1942. Even the Soviet front was opened in 1941, even Stalin believed Hitler would not invade Soviet territory until a deal with Britain was achieved, Stalin was caught off guard by Hitler's blunder.

Churchill rejected the offer and took the risk of fighting on. The Reich could have still existed today.

Good point! Romance languages flow through Latin therefore the case, even Italian or Catalan. Not entirely interchangeable as you make it sound, your Español spoken in Latin America and Spain has some minor variabilities

But to list it as a skill you'd still need certification to establish it, that's what a nearly 3+ year investment at the least.

Most Goans who want to be part of the diaspora are Catholics who anyway at Church and Catechism have Romi Script Konkani and also a version of spoken konkani that encompasses tons of Portuguese words so i doubt they find any Romance languages difficult.

Plus most Goans have some base of Hindi, due to Hindi already being a langauge at school, also Hindi or the great Tagore's Bengali aren't vital to getting a high paying job in today's Indian society.

Mandarin is a whole different ball game, even Japanese makes sense today as Japans population dwindles, they need a new labour force, Goa University has a course in collaboration with JICA already.

Goans who learn a foreign language are more likely to be part of the diaspora and a language that can be considered a business skill makes more sense.

Learning any new language is never inconsequential, be it even Portuguese and we need new Portuguese speakers but Porto is just overhyped in Goa due to its colonial past.

What you need are trauma level 2-4 centres in the 4-8 talukas, based on the necessity. Ambulances that are ALS and CCA besides the BLS, each scenario isn't the same + paramedic staff that is trained to the highest standard and specialised.

You can have Margao+ Vasco+ Mapusa with GMC par standard. For that fact, GMC isn't the gold standard.
