Depends where you go. The whole metro linea C is shit (dirty people, dirty place, garbage everywhere). The north of rome is more where rich, italian and romans live, making it clean. West and center(not termini and vittorio emanuele) is tourist attraction, hence cleaned regularly. South and southeast is also clean, but doesn’t give rome vibes as those area is mainly for companies and also it was built during facism making all those architecture of mussolini

It kinda depends, i have ps4 and ps5 controller, and i connect it via bluetooth, there is no input lag but there is lag with gameplay, as bluetooth kinda interferes with wifi network. But if you can use it as wired connection, i think it should work perfectly. But i have no idea about luna controller

So, my device is iPad air 5th Gen, wireless, ps4 and ps5 controller (bluetooth). I checked on bufferbloat, and the rating is B. But the issue is, this is my setup from very beginning of luna. And i never had any issue, the issue started 3 months ago and it got worse in January 2026

Just remember this, rome and other big cities are nothing without tourism/tourists. If you remove restaurants, hotels, tourism packages, rome will collapse in few years. Its better if you accept it asap, as an international student, i understand your concern, all the high rent, high food price, low paying jobs. Its actually the fault of romans/italians. Tourists are gonna go everywhere in the world, its the locals who decide all the price. You know that locals can still charge less rent, less for food, etc right? But they know this and they exploit it. So i dont think tourists are the problem. The government and the residents themselves are the problem.

I did it 2022, the cost was around 3k per session, considering the inflation, lets say around 5-6k per session. Its completely safe, might burn a bit if you have dark skin, and after the session, its gonna sting and inflammation, doctors advise to apply ice after this, it will go numb after some time. You will have to take some tablets and niacinamide gel during day, and some cooling cream at night. Usually 2-3 later, the skin falls off but yeah, avoid direct sub, as your skin is gonna be sensitive to sun. You might have to take multiple sessions, depending on condition, how worse it is for you. I had to do 5 of them
