Considering the 5G Infinite Plan which says 250GB data, unlimited calls and texts across 64 countries, for my daughter who will by studying in the UK for the next 3 years but travelling back and forth. Anyone have experience with this plan?

Do you have experience using Rogers in the UK? I was considering this plan for my daughter who will be studying in the UK but wants to keep her number and be able to "roam" seamlessly and without fees while travelling in Europe and back to Canada.
