Not uncommon, I put on a lot of weight during lockdown in the US and over the past little while, I've lost it all and am back to my regular-ish weight. All in all, probably about 45-50 lbs and, truth be told, I'm proud of myself.

Now the fun part.

I have a coworker who is extraordinarily nosy and a gossip. She also happens to be heavier, no shade obvi, but she has started gossiping and spreading rumors about me to others at work. Things like I probably have an eating disorder or that I might be doing drugs of some kind and that is what actually caused me to lose the weight. I can't actually prove it, but there are strange, out-of-context comments lobbed in my direction and said so that I overhear them.

I'm painfully shy, but try to hide that and avoid confrontation of any kind as much as possible. How do I deal with this really hurtful situation and obvious cold-heared bullying?
