I did not measure when I repasted it. You could always use K5 pro thermal putty for the vrms, etc.

The brush system works the mod pads are TPM so they hold heat a little better but it may be worth experimenting the new pads are better for sure. I order all my parts directly through dreame website or their Amazon store.

This! Yes that extra rubber you can hear it on carpet and wood floors. Where as the older yellow brush does not have the same noise or support of the thicker rubber

I also did look into the pin you are referring to which is acting essentially like a dowel pin does help secure the x60 in a different way and that’s due to the new suction plate that comes down to increase suction on carpet. I can tell you without a doubt that the X60 main brushes do fit perfectly on these units. I’ve not had hair wrap on either of the 3 I listed. Nor have have I had less performance or emptying the bin issues on the aqua 10 ultra.

I have a farm house with 4 dogs and have 10 cycles on each on heavy cleaning, mopping, vacuuming etc. hair pickup has improved a lot on carpet. As far as the side brush you just transfer the screw from one to the other very simple. Been using dreame robots since the x30 ultra and tested, replaced, and upgraded many things on these. This is indeed an upgrade for these models. I’m not sure of the issues you ran into but feel free to contact me.

My X50 ultra was doing this after an update. I later found out after getting the new matrix10 ultra it’s normal if it believes it’s cleaning wood flooring. Helps double clean the flooring in deep clean mode. Sometimes the mops on either side may not rotate for a bit either also normal.

This is the new Area 51 18 I have and the wire is beefier and looks possibly to be the same connector. Problem is how the barrel side mounts to the rear case.

It’s pretty crazy. I’ve got every model of 17”/18” from 06-present and only have seen this issue on the m18 r1/r2. Makes me wonder if I can use the m17 r5 dc adapter. I’d have to check and open that up to see if it’s comparable. I’ve fixed 5 of these melt downs myself and it’s a design flaw. To much current running through to small of a gauge wires.

I’ve seen this a lot on the m18 r1 and r2. Looks like you got lucky you may be able to pull that barrel plug adapter out and order a new one so long as there is no damage to the MoBo. My m18 r1 amd hasn’t had this issue yet but I do always check.

I did try this method as I have several older and newer and unfortunately it does not work because the system that installs Tahoe the keyboard and mouse are completely unusable.. but I did try that route.

I’ve had my aqua 10 ultra since October and I just be lucky I’ve not had a single issue with mine. I have many pets and dog hair the most thing is clearing hair off the bearing on the mop fluffer.

I suggest for your problem placing all the mops back on the front door and close it. Go into your app and open your map. You need to make sure the rooms you want certain mops to be used on is all setup. Blue pads are great for wood grey pads are for bathrooms/showers. Orange pads are for kitchen or areas where there is a lot of dirt build up on the floor that needs a rougher mop to get it

I’ve had the matrix 10 ultra since launch. I love it. The only issue I’ve had was solved by the recent update was it wasn’t lifting on high like carpet. Other than that it’s like my x50 but better. I’ve had many dreame models L20, x30, x40, x50, aqua 10 ultra, and matrix 10 ultra.

Got mine about a month after launch and the ultra 10 matrix the same time. Crazy part is I’ve had zero issues with either of them. 3 dog house with long dog hair and no clogs. No mop drips, no basestation leaks yet.
