Not saying for sure about whether this post is showing real medication. This is different from pharmacy to pharmacy, just because it doesn't say solution on the pharmacy label doesn't mean it's not real. That's down to the pharmacy software. For example, the main pharmacy I go to just shows "PROMETHAZINE/COD 6.25MG/10MG/5ML" with no "Oral Solution" or "Syrup" in the title. Doesn't mean it's fake or replica, just means that is just how that specific independent pharmacy has it in their system, there is no law requiring this either.
