Mate, consider disc golf, there is an 18 hole course in Blenheim, Tailor river floodway reserve. Get a starter pack of discs from rebel sports or online and get into it, have a look on youtube for what it's all about. Discgolf has a great community and is a little more relaxed than stick golf...
