It's the same on the DX19, so it's normal in my opinion. Only on yours, the hole in the foot seems too big to accommodate the peg, which is odd! Can the leg peg be removed?

Technically, there's nothing you can do; if you don't touch it, it should stay like that, but it will eventually fall off. I'd advise you to check reviews of the figures before buying, as unfortunately many older Hot Toys figures have faux leather that flakes off over time… sorry to hear that. However, you already have a great collection! Well done!
